Viennese Evening

Das Zentrum is proud to host an enjoyable light-hearted and entertaining Viennese Evening featuring Andre Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra in concert at Schoenbrunn Castle, Vienna (DVD Screening) with an opportunity to have dinner and dance if you wish. Come along, bring your friends along as well and make up a table
When: 6.15 PM Saturday 18 July 2015
Where: at the Austrian-Australian Club, Heard Street, Mawson ACT
Program:
Arrive by 6.15 PM
DVD Screening commences at 6.30 PM (Total playing time of DVD 150 Min)
Dinner will be served at 7.30 PM – 8.00 PM others may wish to dance to some waltz and polka music
DVD screening and dancing continues at about 8.00 PM
To assist the organisation with the setting up of the auditorium and give the club caterer an idea of how many meals he will have to prepare we would very much appreciate it if you could let us know by Wednesday 15 July how many are attending and how many are having dinner. Admission is free but a $ note donation per person would be very much appreciated
The club caterer has suggested a menu of:
- Roast pork with spaetzle and roast vegetables, for $ 20,00 or
- Viennese Schnitzel with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables for $ 20.00
- A Vegetarian option is also available
The dinner is to be ordered (and paid for) with the caterer when you arrive at the club.
