Winter Solstice Dinner at EU Cafe, Griffith Shops

Join us for a Winter solstice dinner gathering from 6.30 for 7pm at EU Cafe, Griffith Shops, Barker St, Griffith ACT. 

$35 for 2 courses of your choice (main and dessert) from following menu:

Mains

Rib Eye (g)   Cooked to medium, with cauliflower gratin, bordelaise sauce and watercress salad.

Fish of the Day (g*)

Chicken (g)   Twice cooked chicken breast, Lyonnais potatoes, slow roasted tomato and thyme jus (g).

Ratatouille (v)   Grilled vegetable ratatouille served with semolina gnocchi and basil pesto.

Risotto (g) (v*)   Confit duck porcini, roquette and roasted hazelnut salad.

Pork Schnitzel   German potato salad, sauerkraut and jus.

 

Desserts

Sour Cherry Tart    Topped with a white chocolate and vanilla ganache and berry coulis.

French Lemon Tart   Set lemon curd tart, cointreau gelato.

Gelati trio (g*)   Chocolate, pistachio, caramelised fig with chocolate sauce and biscotti.

Black Forest Pudding   Cherry coulis, toasted pistachio.

(g) Gluten free (g*) gluten free upon request (v) vegetarian (v*) vegetarian upon request.  Restaurant is licensed and BYO (wine only).  $4 corkage per bottle.  Wine is available by the glass.
