Runder Tisch der Deutschen Sprache - German Language Round Table

We welcome community leaders, German teachers, language education*, cultural and business organisations, to join the Canberra German Language Roundtable.

The roundtable was established by Das Zentrum in partnership with the Austrian, German and Swiss embassies to bring together all German-speaking organisations in the ACT community to:

• foster networking among German language providers and cultural organisations across the sector;

• strengthen relationships between German-spreaking community organisations and the wider community;

• increase our community's organising capacity by sharing information and resources; and

• promote German language and DACH culture across the ACT

All organisations with interest in participating are welcome to attend any roundtable meeting.

We are seeking input and support from all interested parties who wish to champion German language education and DACH culture in Canberra. Please register to attend. Details of the respective event locations will be sent registered participants.

Das Zentrum is the chair for this meeting and can provide a framework to new members upon request.

Our meetings are held both in person and online (via MS Teams). Meeting locations and MS Teams link will be provided to registrants securely.
