Places available in A 1.2 course

Do you speak a little bit of German and would like to join a beginner course but not at a total beginner level? Then this could be the course for you!

This continuing beginner course is for new and continuing students. It is designed for students who did the A 1.2/1 course at Das Zentrum in Term 1, or for those who have some beginner knowledge of German and wish to achieve basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment.

You will learn how to talk about a wide range of topics including your family, your job, health and wellbeing, organise restaurant visits and reserve train tickets, and ask for and give directions. 

The Level A 1.2 course will start again next week. We need a minimum of 8 students to be able to offer this class. Maximum number is 16 students. We still have some places available in the course, so if you are interested, please find more information here.

New: Monthly Kaffeeklatsch @ Das Zentrum

Join us for Kaffee und Kuchen (coffee and cake) and a nice chat in German at Das Zentrum on the last Saturday of each month at 1pm!

This will be a regular event for both native speakers and learners of German to enjoy speaking German in a relaxed atmosphere.

The library will be open at the same time, so this will be a great chance to borrow one of our many German books!
