About the event
Are you interested in learning German? This beginner course is for absolute beginner students who have no prior knowledge of German and wish to achieve basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment. You will learn how to use everyday expressions and simple sentences to be able to satisfy concrete needs; ask others simple questions and respond to their questions.
Textbooks: We use Akademie Deutsch series as our main textbooks. Textbooks are not included in the course fee and need to be purchased separately.
Course fees: $290
The course fees include $240 for 8 course sessions and a one-off $50 annual membership fee. There are no sessions on Canberra Day 09 March and Easter Monday 30 March. Das Zentrum membership is a pre-requisite for participating in courses for insurance purposes.
