9-week continuing beginner German course is for adult students with some pre-knowledge. It continues on from Term 2. Course started 15 October 2025. Registration is now closed.

About the event
This 9-week beginner course is for current Das Zentrum students continuing on from the Term 3 Continuing Beginner Course, or new beginner students with some pre-knowledge of German. The course teaches basic language skills for the purposes of communication, study, travel or enjoyment.
The course will start in book A1, chapter 6.3.
You will learn how to use everyday expressions and simple sentences to be able to satisfy concrete needs; ask others simple questions and respond to their questions. We use Akademie Deutsch series as our main textbooks.
Textbooks are not included in the course fee and need to be purchased separately.
The course fees include $252 for 9 course sessions and a one-off $50 annual membership fee. First session takes place on 15. October 2025 and last session on 10. December 2025
