On 17 August 2025, Das Zentrum will visit the NGA to see the Cézanne to Giacometti: Highlights from Museum Berggruen / Neue Nationalgalerie exhibition.
The exhibition is presented in partnership with Museum Berggruen (Berlin) and 'presents a journey through the dynamic changes in European and Australian art in the twentieth century'. It brings over 80 works from the Berggruen collection together with over 75 works from the National Gallery’s collection and marks the first time that some of the works from the collection (including Swiss-German artist Paul Klee) will be seen in Australia.
Join us for a Sunday afternoon at the art gallery and enjoy the exhibition with friends, plus have an opportunity to meet other members of Das Zentrum before viewing the exhibit. Please RSVP, as that would give us an indication of how many people to expect.
Please note: Registration with Das Zentrum is free. Tickets for the museum are NOT included. We strongly recommend to book your museum ticket early to avoid disappointment. For more information go to our Museum Berggruen event page.
