Annually held in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This 200+ year old festival is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since the year 1810. Other cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations that are modelled after the original Munich event.
In 2025, the Harmonie German Club will be holding Oktoberfest in Canberra! Inside and outside you’ll find food and beverage stalls, dining areas, markets, live entertainment, German party games, fun activities, cool competitions and a host of German traditions to get you into that wunderbar Oktoberfest spirit. This is one party you won’t want to miss!
